Remove surface dividing?

Is it possible to remove the lines dividing the surface shown in supplement model picture, similar to the fill command in Spaceclaim?

Try Hotkey - Cntrl & 4

for the same as

Display Settings > Visual Display > Shaded.

What I really want to do is to merge the surfaces together.

How did you model the revolution - did you use Revolve or did you use ~~Loft~~?

Did you use ~~Spline~~ or did you use Tangent Arcs?

How will you manufacture?
3D printing? Then remesh.
Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Hi,

If you don't have more than 1 surface or solid in the browser, there is no reason to merge anything.

From my point of view, this is a normal display for rotated and lofted structures.
You can also see that there are no edges if you use the "Zebra Analysis" tool under "Inspect".

Perhaps it doesn't matter for this vase model, other than just for aesthetic reason.

But lets say I prepared for FEA, then I would like to be able to merge and split surfaces as I want.

I don't think you understand my goal. Sorry for bad english (not my native language).

With merge I mean make two surface areas in to one common.

Like for example the two blue areas below.

As I suspected - your Sketch1 has a Spline curve.

What is the tolerance of the manufacturing process (you never answered the question about what process you will use)?

Can you replace the Spline with Tangent Arcs?

Unfortunately tangent arcs revolve to different boundary patches (see Attached).

Ok, thanks. To remove and replace the split surfaces is of course an option.

But still, it feels like a workaround for a missing feature in Fusion.
