Hi @M_Bortkiewicz,

Currently that is not possible. However, it is high on our list. I can't commit to an exact date, but here is a link to our Fusion 360 roadmap https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-product-roadmap/roadmap-check-in-may-2016/ba-p/6323238 . I believe the item "Hole and Thread Notes" should provide you the functionality you want. Please let me know if I have misunderstood your request.

I guess it's solved only for forum specific purpose, but they do know that it's something that's need to have in Drawings. Though I do wonder can we have Hole Callouts first before Hole Wizard (in Model environment) or we have to wait for Hole Wizard first and only then Hole Callouts

Solved in the forums is in the opinion of the original poster. As in it "solved" their question or works for them it is not necessarily a change in the product, redesign or a new release ECT.

Hi Kris!

It's been over 3.5 years since you claimed this was "high on [your] list," and marked this issue as solved. That's over $1000 of my subscription dollars, and yet Fusion still lacks one of the most basic features of any CAD package. Any chance you can personally address this major failure by posting an explanation on this thread, since it's the first one that comes up when searching "fusion 360 hole callouts?" Since 2015, this feature has been very politely asked for by teachers, professionals, and hobbyists, ad nauseum, on Autodesk's message boards as well as tons of other forums. It's time AD did something other than ignore us--and since you were the official rep who claimed our concerns were being expediently addressed, I feel like you have a responsibility to continue to address them until this issue is really solved.

As others have said this is such a fundamental feature of a CAD package and it's been 4 years since you stated it's a high priority. It makes me think twice before using Fusion 360 for a design that is going to need to be manufactured from a drawing. I've wanted to fully transition to Fusion 360 because it's so tightly integrated with Eagle but, unfortunately I still need to use Solidworks because without this features a 3D part is basically useless. The current process is so prone to errors when prototyping and changing the 3D design frequently. It forces me to check the 3D model manually to measure my holes - ridiculous!

Hi All,

Sorry I missed this thread. I wanted to give you all an update. First, in full transparency we did reduce the drawings team for several years to focus on other areas of the product. We realize this was a mistake and have rectified the situation. We now have multiple teams assigned to drawings. We are committed to delivering significant new content throughout the year. If you haven't reviewed it, please see the May and June what's new to see all we have added in the last 2 releases. We are currently working on hole and thread notes/callouts as well as other large features, but I don't yet have a committed date for delivery of Hole callouts.

Thanks
