Actually it's not a concern of time. When I have seen for engraving the letters with customized font, Fusion 360 has not worked directly.

Even for this problem, fusion 360 is not directly able to complete the work individually. Could you please inculcate the requirements into fusion 360 for overcoming the installation of other softwares into PCs

There are no controls available in Fusion 360 to make a opaque background transparent. That is purely a function of the image format you are using. JPEG images, for example don't allow to define a particular area of an image as transparent. PNG images do, but that works only if the original image actually uses that feature.

If you have a PNG image that does not use feature you'll need an image processing software to change this. I have often used the FOSS (Free Open Source Software) Gimp for that. There are online tutorials available that teach you how to do exactly that.

If you are in a hurry and don't have the time, post the image and I'll see what I can do.

Please re-read my post! This is not a Fusion 360 problem but a problem with the image format you are using.

Requesting that Fusion 360 integrates some image processing because you are too inconvenienced to use an easy to use, free Image processing software is rather rediculous.

If you can perhaps share your design we might be able to help.

I have not received the image from you that you used as the decal.

When I asked for you to share your design I was talking about your design in Fusion 360 native .f3d format (File->Export->.f3d)

Or you can actually share a design directly from the data panel in Fusion 360 or through A360.

I don't need a screenshot or PDF of your design, obviously. How could that possibly be useful in helping to solve your problem ?

Assuming that Fusion 360 honors the transparency in PNG images, this is a trivial problem to solve. I can find that out from my smart phone in less than an hour how to do that. If id be pushing it I can actually find an app to do that on a smartphone. No "computer" involved. I already told you the software this can be accomplished with. I am a bit flabbergasted that you have not figured out yourself how to do this!!!

Would you have the image file available that you used as the decal ?

I've looked at your assembly and it could use some work. While it might work for you at the moment, as your projects get more advanced with more components your current workflow will seriously limit your abilities to deal with the ever growing timeline.

You used this workflow : Sketch -> Body -> Component

A better workflow is this : Component (empty and activated!)-> Sketch Body

That workflow follows Fusion 360 R.U.L.E #1 : Before doing anything, create a component and make sure it's activated.

All objects created after activating the component such as sketches, bodies, construction geometry, joint origins, etc. are created in that component.

This has several advantages:

On activation the timeline is filtered to show only those items in the timeline that pertain to that component. That will make the quickly growing timeline much easier to work with.

If a component is exported to the data panel with "save as" this will also export the complete parametric design history.

Drawings can only be created from components

The joints in the "Assemble menu only work with components.

When another component needs to be edited for example to add geometry, it should be activated before doing so.

Fusion 360 R.U.L.E #2 is : Name your Stuff

Because all of your sketches are on the top level and not in the component they belong to it is hard to determine what sketch was used to create what body.

Naming things makes a desing much more readable. This is particularly important in collaborative environments when more than one person woks on a design.

So here is a screenshot of your design after I converted the black background of the decal in the software I prefer to use, Pixelmator:

Attached is the image in .PNG format.

Here is a link to a tutorial how to do this in Pixelmator. it is really dead simple!
