Mesh bodies... need help converting or finding a solution

Full disclosure: new to FUSION 360.

I have been given this file by a client. I see it is mesh bodies and I can't edit it. Fooling around, I can right click on the component on the left and click convert but it gives me an error message.

My goal is to get an editable model and to complete CAM on. Any help would be appreciated.
