&lt;P&gt;In this situation, I'll sketch simple lines and use the pipe command to create those pipes. This way, it will be the easiest way to create the pipes and measure angles.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From your question, I understand that you have created circle sketches and the extruded them to create those pipes. Try the above technique and let me know, if it helps.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>measuring angles</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Another option is use axis through cylinder\cone\\torus then use the inspect tool and select the 2 axis lines.&lt;/P&gt;
