&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the Fusion community! As far as I know, Fusion doesn't allow you to change the Z to Y or vice versa but you can set the current view as Top or Front from the view cube. Also, in the Preference, you can set the default modeling orientation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or you can use the Move command to reorient models instead.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you. Very helpful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will move the object to the orientation I need. This is a 3D print project. I'd like it to be in the correct position when the STL is brought into the slic3r (R)&amp;nbsp;software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my CAD background is Creo so I'm use to a more structured environment. I am super interested and pleased with Fusion 360 so far.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
