Help needed: what's the best way to create surface from 3D paths in fusion 360?

I am trying to create an irregular shaped surface by spanning several paths (see below), and I couldn't find in any of the YouTube tutorials on how to do this in Fusion 360.

The closest thing I could find was using the Patch tool, but the surface created is not correct, as it does not go through the slanted lines (bottom picture - surface interpolation introduces unintended curvature). The work-around I have is to trim this into 4 separate sketches, and patch each separately, and then stitch them together.

It seems there should be a way to connect these paths to create a surface. (This is pretty straightforward in other CAD programs I've used.)

Can you export and attach your *.f3d file here?

Will a Loft with Guide Curves return the expected results?

I tried to make loft work, but I couldn't get it to accept the line segment as the profile.

There must be something like this in fusion 360, no? (this is from Rhinoceros manual user's guide)

Lofting in Patch mode should work, but you need to turn off Chain Selection. See screen cast below.
