Cant access Fusion 360 keeps telling me to terms of service have not been agreed

No idea where to go from here. Can not find terms of service and fusion 360 locks up after I click ok.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing the issue. Is this your first time to start Fusion 360 or have you been using Fusion and suddenly started receiving this message? Could you try clean uninstall and re-install to see if that makes any difference? Also, could you attach a screenshot of the message?

Hi, Ive been using it for a while now about 3 weeks. I haven't tried a clean uninstall because im afraid to loose some work ive done offline. We were hit by Hurricane Matthew and ive been without internet for 4 days now. I have attached my screen shot. I got internet back today and this message popped up when I went to open Fusion 360.

Mac OS

Close Fusion 360
In Terminal, type the below command and press enter
open ~/library/
In the Subsequent Finder window (Macintosh HD > Users > %Profile% > Library), browse to
~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Web Services
NOTE - if you are on a version from the Mac App Store, browse to: ~/Library/Containers/com.autodesk.mas.fusion360/Data/Library/Application Support/Autodesk
In the Web Services (or Autodesk for App Store) Directory, locate the LoginState.xml file
Right click on LoginState.xml and select Move to Trash
Restart Fusion 360

Windows

Close Fusion 360
In windows explorer browse to %localappdata%\autodesk\web services
In the Web Services directory, right lick on the LoginState.xml file and select delete
Restart Fusion 360

Tried to delete the file %localappdata%\autodesk\web services\LoginState.xml but it only resulted in a new error:

Hi @beikeland,

Welcome to the forum!

Let's get you up and running. If you manually access your application log files (this link shows where to locate them) and post them, I can take a look and get a better idea of what's going on. Usually this is related to proxy networks. Do you have any restrictions on your network, or are you on a home network? And has Fusion ever worked on that machine before?

Tried everything network related before posting as that was the indication. Going over the log files revealed my local time was somehow offset by 1 hour, unsure how/when that happened as Fusion 360 worked earlier the same day. Anyways, all good.
