      <title>Fusion will not open</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I launch Fusion It loads and tells me I have not agreed to the Terms Of Service. However, Fusion will not let me access anything. It is completely unresponsive unless I close it. I have tried uninstalling and reloading with no luck. I have been using Fusion for over a year and never had this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
