Help please, Tspline not converting to solid

Hello there! Does someone know what is the matter here? I have tried everything to convert this Tspline (image below) to solid, no luck. I have been on this for more than a week now. Why won't it convert? This model is a model done in Maya and saved as obj, uploaded online and imported into fusion 360. The model imported smoothly, imported as a mesh body. I was able to convert the mesh body easily into Tspline. In the sculpt environment I did some light changes, but will not convert into new body. I keep getting this error: conversion error for body1 - Edges or faces may be crossing. Review in box mode. I have tried doing that in box mode for the past 5 days, I couldn't see any edges or faces crossing. There are some stars showing when I tried to do some automatic repair in box mode. These points are properly merged, I don't know why it is pointing to them as stars. I tried clicking on them several times but no luck. The aim of this exercise is to take this model which is the external shell of a building to revit into In-Place Mass so I can be able to adjust this surface paramitization to create windows and roof tiles. I have done something similar already but the paramitization was not adequate for the external face the building. I need to be able to convert it to solid form, then finish the form and export it as .Sat which I can then import into REvit. Now will someone tell me what I can do to make this work?

@amolese

You have way more edge loops then are needed for this model and poles on the top of all the spheres.

I'm amazed you even got this to convert.

Working with geometry like this in T-Splines is asking for a lot of trouble.

@PhilProcarioJr : I actually have a reply, Wow! It comes a bit late though, lucky I didn't get this reply before I found a solution for I would have given up. Well after playing with this for more than a week, I have found a solution that will work in all instances. I will post a solution when I get some time to write it out, my time is limited now. But should someone have similar problem please ask on this forum, and I will then gladly make out time to explain.

@rsteeleXGDAD. You have to describe the problem you are having and show the error message you are getting, otherwise I cannot help much. There are so many reasons why a Tspline will not convert. It will also help to post an image of your model.

Create a fresh post, describe your problem with any Error messages, Attach the design file to that post, and consider recording a screencast of the workflow.
