Making the blades thicker could be another option, but I want to keep our 3D printing time low as we have to use tokens per every 30 minutes of use. If I did go that route is it possible to make the blades thicker at the center and thin out to the edge with Fusion 360?

Hi all, I am new to Fusion and have made a propeller for 3D printing I am planning to use in a boat. The issue I have is the blades and the center of the propeller are only thinly joined. I want to add more material to this joint, something that makes a nice smooth arc between the blades and the center, but not sure what is the best way to do this.

Any advice?

Fillet may work for you...You'll need to do this prior to some other features and I needed to extend the cylinder a small amount (and you need to reapply fillets to the blade edges)
