Clicking the set pivot point does not bring the arrows and rotation option onto screen. Nor does placing the pivot point.

I am new to 3d modeling. But I have a request. in Fusion 360 when you select a component and hit m to move it the move arrows come up in the center of the object. But sometimes you may need to zoom in and there for can not see the move arrows. It would also be nice when creating a rectangle that the area you enter the numbers didnt move off screen. I guess what I am saying is if there is user interaction needed it should be centered on the screen so the user can see it.

You can change the pivot/center point of the move action. Dhere's a button for that in the dialogue called "set pivot".
