"Update error, please check log file..."

Hi,

Getting above mentioned error from Fusion, since today.

When I check the log files, I see a message "HTTP Error 503: Service Unavailable". Seems Fusion is polling for an update status, but home isn't responding.

What to do? 🙂

Today i had the same problems. After a while fusion360 show me a notification that fusion has an error.

I looked into the log and it seems that a service is not available.

See attached log-file...

It's looking like we might have had a few small network glitches earlier today, but should be resolved. Would you mind trying to restart and see if the message still occurs @macmanpb?

I had it earlier made me look twice as I was setting up a new iMac but its looks like its ok now

@brianrepp, it seems to have cleared up at my end too: the message hasn't come back up when I checked just now.

I saw he same today for the first tie in the almost 2 years I've used Fusion 360.

I did something many mac users do very rarely but users of Windows machine do frequently (daily). I re-booted the machine and that did the trick.
