Help with Job Status frozen

I was using Fusion and then it froze and became unresponsive. I decided to end the task using task manager. As I did that, and started Fusion again, I could not open any of my files, and I get a pop-up that says Job Status. It has two parts I was working on and says they are uploads. Under the status section in the pop-up, no progress is being made on the parts uploading (so basically I'm stuck).

I can't do anything with fusion. I tried shutting down the computer and then trying it again, but to no avail. I still have the same problem.

Any help?

I'd wait until we have this sorted and try restarting Fusion after. keep an eye on that thread since we'll be updating it as we get this fixed. We're working on fixing it right now. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Hey there, we are back online at 100%. Try restarting Fusion 360 and let me know if the uploads finish or not. If not, we'll get you sorted.
