Hey @Anonymous - sorry for inconvenience with this. After we took things back online after the outage, there was a sizeable backlog for new account hub creation. We are working continualy to fix all of these hubs, while trying to avoid too much strain on the system. If you want to test to confirm, you could try setting up with a different e-mail address, and there should not be any problems since that hub will be fresh and not impacted by the cleanup.

Hopefully that helps, and thanks again for your patience over the last few days!

Hello, I am running on a trial account, and am only on my second day but can't seem to log in. When I fire up Fusion 360 I enter my information, and after a moment of "getting everything ready" I receive the message "Unable to set up Fusion 360 for your Autodesk account". I was using it just fine yesterday (albeit in offline mode since you were doing server work), but it was at least working.

Is there anything I can do to fix the issue?

Thanks,

Andrew

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for sharing this with us.

Could you may try the following:

Exit out of Fusion 360 and navigate to the following.

For Windows:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Web Services

For Mac:
/users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Web Services

Then delete the LoginState.xml file.

Please, let me know if this has been helpful and you can work in the online mode.

Thanks,
