Term Expires in X days

My company purchased a 2 year subscription for Fusion 360 for me, under my e-mail address, on November 28th. The Billing and Orders page says my subscription auto renews on November 28th, 2018. My current product says that my term ends in 9 days. Under Help -> About, it says I am on a trial version. I have no license management options under my account. Can someone please let me know what needs to be done to fix this? Thank you.

It appears that this issue has resolved itself. I no longer see the "Term ends" message, and it no longer says I'm in trial mode. My only remaining concern is that it's not listed on my account under Products and Services, but that may be normal.

Thanks for the update. I'm glad it seems to be working, but that does not sound normal at all!
