Sketching best practices

Hi,

I am transferring from CREO/Solidworks/Rhino to Fusion 360. Can someone please help me to transfer my mindset as well? 🙂

What is the easiest way to draw and define a trapez around the center??

I really miss the centerlines and mid snap around these for this one...Or is this possible or do I need a new mindset?

I would sketch a 4 sided profile with the Rectangle command.
