Create trapizroidal thread using fusion 360

I am trying to create a metric trspizoidal thread but the result was a normal metric thread i don,t know why???

It was reported quite a while ago the metric trapezoidal threads use the wrong angle,

Here's the header from the thread XML file and you can see it's set to 60° not 30°

~~If you need a modeled thread you could edit the file and change to 30° but you'll need to update it after any Fusion updates, it located here on a PC.~~

~~C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Autodesk\webdeploy\production\1c8eda3d042f236f121d6fb4e850f0621b6f700b\Fusion\Server\Fusion\Configuration\ThreadData~~

~~Replace username with your user name and for the number in red you'll need to find the newest directory in the production directory.~~

Edit, it's not that easy I just tried and get this. I followed the instructions here and added thread type 0 and 30° angle. I guess the thread data is just wrong.

You are right! someone needs to go through all those XML file and make sure the Data is correct. I have also tried to change the 60 to 30, but something is still not right!

I just tried creating a Metric Trapezodial thread, and the issue is still there... mind you more than a year later ;(

Could you pls. follow up on this so we can get it corrected? The trapezodial threading is of course completely useless when the angle is 60deg instead of 30deg.

I've come across this same problem again when trying to model StubAcme threads. Its frustrating, especially after building the XML files for several SA threads in multiple pitches from 3/4" - 2"...

It always takes a lot of time to do custom threads and I can't imagine that it would be difficult to fix it, so I don't really understand why this topic seems to be unnoticed by the developers.
