Help with mirror function

I'm working my way through Lars Christensen's fusion 360 for absolute beginners, part 2 and am at 13:31 mirroring a feature. I press the mirror feature in the sketch drop down menu but the mirror dialog box doesn't appear in the canvas. I have that part activated and I think I'm doing everything he says but I don't get the mirror dialog box, suggestions?

I think you want the mirror from the modify menu not sketch.

Mark,Thanks for that. Right after posting I rewatched the video right be for that point and he opened the tool box and chose it from there, which worked. Thanks so much for the reply. It's nice to have a place to ask questions. I'm sure I'll have more going forward.Andy

So I google "Lars Christensen's fusion 360 for absolute beginners" and found him on YouTube.

Don't believe I have come across his channel before now, looks interesting. I see he is a Autodesk employee. Wonder what his user name is here.

I also wonder if there are other Autodesk employees with YouTube channels I don't yet know about.

Hey thanks John for the reply. One other person replied and I went back and viewed a few minutes earlier in the video and learned that I was trying to use the mirror function in the sketch menu as opposed to the one in the modify drop down. As for Lars videos, they're pretty good to take one through in a step by step fashion.Andy
