      <title>Split Face Selection Anomaly</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ran into an issue selecting split faces related to &lt;A href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/design-validate-document/help-with-projecting-to-and-create-new-body-on-curved-surface/td-p/6806733" target="_self"&gt;this thread&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I had to toggle chain select on/off to get individual faces.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Here is the file.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The behavior on first selection is as expected, must turn off Chain Selection, that makes logical sense - but every selection after that must toggle Chain Selection on/off to get expected behavior (you might add a few more split faces to the example before trying).&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I have reproduced what you have shown in your screencast and logged this issue with the development team.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;With the development team taking over from here they will dig deeper to find the root cause of the "chain selection"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;actiavation.&lt;/P&gt;
