Hi @Anonymous

What is the indication during the stress analysis that the interference is the problem?

During an analysis, the bodies are approximated by the mesh. So it is possible, at least mathematically, to create an interference in the simulation (even when the model has a gap between the parts). Whether the interference is due to the mesh approximation or a real interference in the model, it is usually not a problem for solving the analysis.

If you are able to share your model, please use the "File > Export" command to save the model to your hard disk, and then attach the .f3d file to your reply.

Trying to run a stress simulation but I can't because my model has interferences. How can you fix interferences without going into your model and manually doing each and every one? I have seen screenshots where you can 'keep' then, but I am not getting that option. The dialog box shows the 'keep' option but I cannot select it. It would be really disturbing if I have to go and manually fix all of these little interferences that are absolutely tiny.

Im not able to solve the model for static structural analysis. This model was built in Solid Works 2018 using weldment properties. I donno if there is problem in trimming or weld gaps or etc . it is showing due to interferences it cant be solved

If you open the interference tool under design/ inspect, you can window select all of the tubes and find that there are 5 areas of interference. You can click OK on the results box with the remove volume boxes ticked and that will remove the interferences.
