Infinite loop of saving/updating

So I have this weird thing in my Fusion lately where I can get into an infinite loop of saving and updating components.
To explain: I have a component "Staander" that is used in an assembly "Simulatie"

Each time I do any update in the component "Staander" I have to update my assembly (obviously). However each time I update the assembly, the component creates a new save by itself. So I basically get into an infinite loop of updating/saving

The video below explains my process. (I cut out the waiting times, that's the jumping)
In this video I'm in the simulation workspace for "Staander". However I can do this in modeling to.

That is interesting behavior (and annoying). I suspect there is a relationship (e.g. project sketch geometry or sketching on the plane of an X-REF'd component or some other feature) that is creating a circular reference. I don't believe it is intended to work this way. However, if you're willing to share the design (feel free to private message me a share link if you want to keep it private), I'd be happy to take a closer look to see if I can find what is going on.

It might also help to take a look at the diagnostic log files (see the help menu for the command).

I don't know if this is related to this issue, but everytime I want to open "Staander", Fusion asks me to open a recovered file. V45 to be more precise. The part is currently way past V45.

I tested out a theory today, but it didn't pan out so well. I went through the sketches in Staander7 and used the break link command to remove all of the projected geometry, but it didn't seem to solve the issue. There must be another reference that I'm overlooking. I've logged a report with development (internal ID UP-33206) to review a bit deeper. I didn't test breaking the XREF's as a solution, but that could be a work-around. I will follow up as soon as I hear anything.

Ok, thanks for looking into this anyway!

The Staander was built on itself, so no projected lines come from the assembly if that was what you were referring to.
