Tangent plane creates only with respect to the YZ plane and not with XZ plane

Just today I found out that the tangent plane is getting generated only with respect to the YZ plane and it is not getting generated with respect to the XZ plane .

Yes. I can confirm this behavior. It loos as the bug.

It seems that it's because of cuts on the cylinder. If there are no cuts, tangent plane creates without issues.

And the second bug - the error text is empty for such kind of error. 🙂
