In the Help > About dialog, what does the active plan for Fusion 360 say?

Are you getting Term expired warning?

Verify the subscription and payment information in your Autodesk Accounts page. Verify that an entitlement subscription has been assigned to a Named User in the Autodesk Account. See the Name User FAQ below to find out more about the named user system.

Named User FAQ

If you have purchased Fusion 360 through Amazon or Apple, please verify that those stores have current payment information.

Next, confirm that you are signing in with the correct Autodesk ID. Try using the e-mail address associated with the account to log into Fusion 360 as opposed to a username, or visa versa..

You can manually verify how many users have logged into Fusion 360 by looking at the below directories:

Windows: C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360

MacOS: Mac HD\Users\<PROFILE>\Library\Application Support\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360

For each Autodesk Account that has logged into Fusion 360 a unique directory with an alphanumeric name will exist (e.g. WFYKNG73WZSU). You may use this information as a clue to determine if you may have logged into Fusion 360 with the wrong e-mail address.

Next, test logging into your hub\via the web browser (link below)

https://myhub.autodesk360.com

If you've signed in with a different ID via the forum or in another place, this could impact the behavior of Fusion 360. To rule out this possibility as well as another potential known issue, try the following:

Sign out of Fusion 360

Clear your web browser's cache

Restart the computer

Restart Fusion 360

Note that if there are multiple E-Mail address in question, please test logging in with both e-maill address. If you have edited an Autodesk ID, test the old and the new e-mail address.

If the login state credentials have been damaged it may help to do the following

Close any instance of Fusion 360

Browse to and delete

Windows: %LOCALAPPADATA%\Autodesk\Web Services

Mac OS: ~Library/Autodesk/Web Services

Restart Fusion 360 and log in

I hope these suggestions help! Let me know if you have any questions.
