So I have been reading post after post about joining bodies and components but I have not found anything specific to my issue. I am trying to attach pipe nipples and valves together that have been downloaded from the McMaster Carr Catalog. I can align the components correctly but when I check for interference between the two, it always shows some interference even after rotating and moving the components up and down. I have attached some screen shots.

Thanks!

Tony
