Specifically, the "Share Public Link". Here is a screencast. The UI didn't get stuck, but you can see that there is an inconsistent lag at times and at one point, I thought it wasn't going to recover and get stuck again.

Interface glitch...

I've had this strange interface glitch twice in as many days. In both cases it has happened when I select share from the file menu, the interface changes to this:

Fusion doesn't crash and it's not frozen, but it is stuck in this state. I can't click on anything, I can't navigate, I can't seem to do anything to clear this, other than going into the task manager and ending the Fusion 360 process. All of the process seem to still be running correctly in the background, it's just a UI issue.

I'll see if I can get this to replicate again, and if I can, I'll try to capture a screen cast.

Thank you for sharing the Screencast.

Yes, I have seen this delay as well on my Win 10 OS lately.

Let me reach out to our development team to check what could cause this.

I´ll keep you updated.

Exact same thing today, went to share the public link, and it didn't recover from the lag, so the UI was stuck. Had to use the Task Manger to quit Fusion.

Hi @mcramblet,

Thanks for sharing the log files and the system files.

I could clearly see that this issue is connected to a failed Network connection

20170328T101510 E Network failed request - response NOT OK:

...response: HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found

This is not related to Fusion 360 directly.

Could you may check if there are any outstanding Windows Updates and HP Driver updates which may

effect the performance of the wireless and Ethernet adapter?

Is or has there any third party Antivirus or Firewall software installed and activated on your system?

Please, keep me updated.

Thanks,

Ah-ha! I'm 99% sure I know what my issue is, now that you've pointed out where the problem is coming form. Internet access (where I work) requires the company domain name and password. Every morning I open a browser and am required to enter my name and password to get outside of the organization. This seems to last about half of the day. At some point in the afternoon, when accessing the internet via a browser, I'll need to enter my credentials again, as my session will have timed out. I won't notice that this happens, unless I'm alerted to the fact by a accessing something with a browser. If I recall correctly, every time I've had this issue, it's been in the afternoon, which corresponds to when my internet connection will likely have time out.

I'll assume that this case has been solved. Thanks for the help in clearing this up for me.
