topic Project source lost after external component update in Fusion Design, Validate & Document Forum

Subject line says it all. I have an imported component that I used to created a projected sketch. After updating, I get a

warning that the project source is lost.

What is the right/easy way to create that? Without a timeline, it's tough to recreate how I project/included everything.

Actually, I spoke too soon. The "lost" project was actually a line which was deleted in the included component sketch and I really didn't want/need it, so just editing the sketch and removing the yellow line solves the problem.
