      <title>Fusion 360 doesn't start</title>

Whenever I start Fusion 360, I get the screen above&amp;nbsp;that just sits and spins, and never completes the startup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I am sorry to hear that! Can you do me a favor and go ahead and manually collect your application log files? These can be found by following the steps in this guide here. Please note that you need to enable hidden folders to access that directory.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A quick check - are you able to sign in with a different account (can even be a dummy account that you create)? I just want to check and see if it is a network issue or an account issue.&lt;/P&gt;
