3 Dimensional Pipe

I am trying to make a box that from the rear has a pipe and then half way through creates a Y to finish with two openings at the far end. Then in addition, I need to figure out how to have another pipe for each bend leading curving down and backward so that the back has three openings.

Not sure what you are asking about in the second part but here is how i would tackle the first . . . .
