topic Draft Analysis colors explained in Fusion Design, Validate & Document Forum

I would love to get a description of the colors assigned when running a draft analysis.

I think I understand it, but if someone could please fill me in (and fill the non-existent documentation on color assignment) on the colors for what means what that would be great!

As far as I can tell (this is for the pull vector and draft angle you specify):

Green = OK along positive value vector

Blue = OK along negative value vector

Red = Not OK along either chosen vector

Turquoise = ???

Thanks!

<STRIKE>Turquoise = it's just selected/highlighted face.</STRIKE>

It's tolerance zone between red and blue. Also there is yellow zone - tolerance zone between red and green.

And sometimes it flickers with Turquoise color for perpendicular faces. Glitch?

Yeah, it was that flickering that was not consistent...changing draft angles sometimes makes things one color, then another.....so you are saying that turquoise is the completely flat/perpendicular plane to the pull direction (in both positive and negative directions)? Yep, that seems like that explains it...

Clicking quickly through the Tolerance checkbox seems to produce varying results, though. It should be on or off, and sometimes if you click quickly, it seems to get confused?

how can I modify color of draft analisys? my goal is

GREEN = OK along positive value vector

RED= OK along negative value vector

BLUE = Not OK along either chosen vector (or flat surface)

thanks
