Bulk design download problem.

@innovatenate In the thread Here you show how to download a folder from Fusion360 Dashboard, at the time you made the thread I tested and it worked OK. I just tried again today because I need to send a customer a folder full of designs and it doesn't work, all I get is an empty zip file with just the folder name. Also checking several designs doesn't give an option to download, I can only download one design at a time. Has something changed?

There may be some limitations around distributed designs in a folder or we may have needed to make some changes due to branching and merging. I'm not totally sure. Let me ask around a bit and circle back.

I was able to confirm that there is a known issue with moving folders that contain externally referenced designs. I imagine the same thing limitation is also applying here. Can you confirm if there are distributed designs stored in the folder you're looking to do a mass download on?

No none of the files have links there are no 2d drawing either, all designs are totally self contained. Just tried a folder with only one design and doesn't work!

You can't download Fusion Designs which are created from Fusion 360 client App. Only you can export Fusion Designs and it will send an Email with the Download link.

However CAD files which are uploaded from Fusion Web can be downloaded as Zip.

If you would like to Export a Fusion Design please follow the steps outlined in the below Help link -

@Rajesh_Suga That's what I thought in the past but back in December I tried it and even made a comment in this thread that Fusion designs downloaded and asked if it was something new. The poster above my message even said it worked for him.
