Need Two 2D Sketch Splines to create parametric contours between them

Hello

Im trying to have two 2D spline sketch lines loft/array or contour??? to each other similiar to a topographical map. As the interstitial lines(red) gain or lose distance from one spline they are influenced by the other primary sketch splines.

See attached quick snapshot to visualize the question, excuse the sloppiness.

If i influenced one or both of the starting splines it would be great if the interstitial lines also updated to reflect the new contours and I could add or subtract the number of line segments between splines.

You can link the pints of splines using lines, and constrain that lines as col linear and equal.
