Moving a component question

I'm pretty new to Fusion 360, so please bear with me. I'm in the middle of a design and want to copy and move some components around with the copy/move option. When I'm done copying and moving a component, I've noticed that there is an anomaly. I think it has something to do with the sketch for the component, but am unsure. I have attached a screen capture of the issue. Would anyone have any clues they could throw my way?

Your screenshot is not very useful. Can you share your design ?

Please export it as a .f3d file and attach it to your next post.

Thank you Peter,

I have attached this particular drawing. Am I correct in that it includes the sub components as well? They were in separate files. If they aren't included and are needed I can export those as well.

I think I see what's going on. When I select the part, it shows the component and the sketch. I'm not sure why that is so, but if I select the Component in the body, it doesn't show the other item that I was wandering about. It makes me wonder if I'm doing it right. I created the sketch for each part, extruded them, and then saved them in their own individual file as components. I then bring them in and make copies of them, moving them as needed. I use the "align" menu option to make sure everything lines up properly. Would you happen to know if there is a shortcut key for Align? There doesn't appear to be one in the drop down menu.
