After a couple of goes at it, happy with this version, until the dimensions for the .25 and .44 are more sorted,

This is all I can get from the available dimesnions,

I took it on with these poisitions in mind. .39 radius and it's cut line are a given.

I made the .25, rad from front edge and horizontal, (might all go out the window about here)

what was left with, I lofted between those two, unforntunately I was not able to select smooth or tangent with the Loft blended edges, so it is as it is,

Attaching the file so the timeline steps can be replayed

Might help...

Best way to skin this cat? Surface - Sculpt - Model - Patch or a combination? The Images are of a part I'm having a hard time with. On the edge of the part there are 3 blended radii. .38 into a .44 radii into a .25 radii. all of the must reside within a .56 radii side view. Any suggestion would be great. I have come close just using surfacing. Thank you, Mark

I had a fiddle with this as a learning exercise, with the limitations as explained I think I could do it better next time....

I admit not understanding the notations on the drawings, but managed to use the lowest graphic as a canvass, so a lot came from that,

What does "2x R.44 True" actually mean.

What I didn't have was the inside tube diameter, and any idea how to construct the plane the radius is referring to, that said,

I managed something that looks about it, with solid and surfaces, used dimensions of 19 (38 didn't leave the front face) then 44 then 25.

Maybe...

Anyway you can share just that small corner of your model? It would be a lot easier to help in this case, but this should be able to be resolved in the patch environment.

This is a tricky case for Fusion to handle because the fillet solver leaves a lot to be desired and the patch environment is only partially functional. Since there is no model attached to your post here is the best description I can give you. The way I usually handle cases like this is to offset all the faces around the hole (0.00), patch the hole and stitch all that together and use the patch tool set to curvature or tangent to fix the bad area. If that doesn't work I would loft that area from top to bottom and play with the settings.
