Check this thread out, it shows how to create a thread size not listed, you cannot alter the thread form but in your case this isn't necessary.

I successfully did this some time back but only the once so can't offer any help on how now, wasn't terrible as I recall just a little drawn out.

I'm new to Fusion 360. And I was excited about the Thread Tool ... Until I discovered that you don't have a 1.078125-16 (1 5/64-16) thread listed. Like I said, I know it is uncommon, but it IS standardized.

Anyway, I am HOPING to find an alternate way of producing this thread. Specifically an internal version.

And after I do, I "may" need assistance removing 3 sections of 60 degrees equally spaced. (This is to hold a Lee Precision Breech Lock bushing.) Of course, if anyone has already designed a holder for one, I'd love to have a copy to modify the way I want it.

Thanks in advance for ANY help.

Thank you for asking about that in the Forum.

Could you may share any reference / more information about the thread type you´re missing?

Please, keep us updated.

Since the thread is a standard, you will know the dimensions. Before Fusion it was necessary to make threads by extruding a cylinder, in your case a hollow one, and doing a circular sweep cut of a triangle guided by a helix. In Fusion, what you need is automagically produced by the Coil command, using a triangle, internal for the sweep and it is even possible to fillet the apex and/or roots as needed.
