Hi,

There isn't a tool inside fusion to do that, but may be there are scripts for this, but still not sure if there really are

Kind regards, Saeed

Hi, I'm very amateur with CAD so forgive me if this already exists (I can't find it) or sounds daft.

Is there any way, or how easy would it be to write a script, to auto radius all the sharp corners in your actual model to fit a chosen radius (smallest end mill size?) so you can see the result and edit accordingly to suit?

After spending an hour smoothing out the corners in a load of text this idea occurred to me and seems a good idea.

I think the Rule Fillet might work, I have never used it, so poke around.....

I have used the Fillet tool, with window selected items, radius size can cause issues.

we can't see your model, so you may need a few goes to select all of them, or accumulatively select.
