Cannot add 80/20 Company toolbox files

Hello! I am trying to add some of the 80/20 Company 3D product files to a Fusion 360 file., found here (it's the first one).

When I try to download a single part, I get the error windows shown in the attachment.

I have three questions:

How do I fix this problem?
Can I directly access the 80/20 toolbox like I can access the Master McCarr product lineup?
Can I use the part without having to go and redownload it every time I make a new design file?

I am running the newest version of Fusion 360 through a student account on Windows 10, if that helps.

I would appreciate any help you can offer!

I can't help with the error message. Downloads directly from 8020 to Fusion 360 work on my computer. You can go to 8020.net and download the files, then upload them to Fusion 360.

Thanks! Where exactly is the button to download them on the page? It just says "Add to Fusion 360."

What is the file type? (SKP, STL, BREP, OBJ, etc.)

If anyone knows how to fix the probelm, that would help too.

Perhaps I should try to contact Autodesk directly for technical assistance?

What file type does the object download as? Also, where uis the download button? It only says "Add to Fusion 360" on the download page.

If not, I suppose I should just directly contact Autodesk for technical assistance.

The plug-in is probably owned by Autodesk. The files are all available for downloading from 8020 after you register there.

@jeff_strater can verify who best to contact.

p.s. When using the Fusion 360 Insert feature, the part is loaded as a 3d model in the current open file. If you download from 8020, you'll need to choose the file format.

there is no download button you can go to the 8020 website and download from there.

question two No

question 3 Yes send it to fusion hit save name it as what size it is then close that model, this gives you a model you can insert into any model you are working on.

If you need thats size again in another file use insert into current design that puts a copy into the file you need that size in plus leaves the original untouched, make sure you breaklink after inserting that model into a new model.

@daniel_lyall- Yup, that's the site I was on. When I click "Add to Fusion", I get the error message attached to the first post.

On the 80/20 site, what file format would you personally download it as? It has a lot of choices to pick from.

If you could go here and select "Generate Files", could you tell me what format to download it in?
