Fusion 360 in a browser (Preview)

Hey all,

I am excited to announce a new way to create and edit your Fusion 360 data: a web browser. Now whether you are working offline, mobile and online (from your desktop or now even from your browser), you can access and make changes to your Fusion 360 designs.

We are rapidly developing Fusion 360 in a browser and would like to invite you to the first preview of this technology. We want your feedback.

Want to get started today? Start by reading this FAQ.

Learn all about the announcement in this blog post.

There’s no download or install needed to gain access to core sketching and modeling tools. If you aren’t at your computer with Fusion 360 installed, you can log into a browser on another machine to start designing. In addition, this broadens the types of devices (Linux machines, Chromebooks, etc.) you can use to design in Fusion 360.

@Anonymous

I would start by reading this FAQ.

There are steps to get started. Do you know how to access Fusion Team? If not, you can follow these steps:

Search for www.autodesk.com/fusion360

Select “Sign In”

Select “Fusion Team”

Browse through projects to locate a Fusion 360 design

Select “Edit in Browser”

Thank you for the good preview!

I'm looking forward to trying this on both my portable systems, and my Linux OS laptop.

I'm hoping this will work and allow me to work on my designs with a Linux OS laptop while away from my main Windows based design PC.

It still functions for me - but I have to use a Chrome compatible browser,
and the functions are severely limited. You cannot use Components, or
other very beneficial features, so I find I have to use a different
computer than the Linux Systems I normally prefer. There should be a
drop-down option to edit in browser though.
