How do you resize this shape?

Making steady progress with Fusion 360...but just when I'm getting somewhere I still get stuck by some of the most seemingly basic things!

I've got this rectangle slot on the left which I've carved out and is 13.363mm wide. I've now created another to the right...you can see it is 2.50 high...but no matter what I try I can't figure out how you resize this shape to also be 13.363mm wide? I can see there is a scale option....but I just want to input 13.363mm. I've also tried the dimension tool and I get a warning...'Adding this dimension will overstrain the stretch.' Is this possilbe once it is drawn...or do I need to undo this and start again? Thanks:)

Right click on the sketch that created it and select edit sketch then change your dimensions.

Thanks Phil...I highlight the rectangle so it is blue.....I right click....but I just don't see an option about 'Edit Sketch'...I see options like "Repeat Centre Rectangle'...'Delete' 'Extrude' 'Offset Plane'..there is nothing there about 'Edit Sketch' or 'Change dimensions'?

Actually I've made progress...I used the dimensions tool and managed to get a measurement appearing again...thanks! It is a slow but steady journey this learning curve!

Try right clicking on the sketch in the tree on the left side of Fusion's window.

Thanks Phil..that was it...combined with being on the wrong sketch!

So I've made the model as below...but ideally would like these rectangles to now be centered in their sections...how would I do that? I've found I can move them...but it isn't very accurate. How would I place them perfectly in the centre? Thanks!

Thanks Phil....actually when I looked at it on the side view....those slots looked reasonably centred. I think I've got a finished prototype. It is meant to be a bracket for printing that can hold an iRig Pro Duo to a Tripod leg with cable ties or maybe a hose clamp.

Thoughts....see all the yellow boxes...those are warnings...well most of them are errors. You have to fix that stuff as they show up or your going to have a lot of problems.

Second, Your not following Rule #1 Right click on the top component and create a component, activate it then start sketching, if you create any other "parts" create another component and activate it and start sketching....

Third, your using way to many sketches for such a simple part. I don't have time right now to show you how to do this right now maybe later.

I made a video showing how to center the slots and I will post it when it is available.

Anyway..we'll chalk this one down to my education...and move on from here!

I actually need to get my head around this whole concept of sketches...it has caused me some confusion....might be a good idea for me to watch some more tutorials now...but at least the experience has been worthwhile.
