Pin-slot joint along a multiple directions slot

Hello everyone!

I'm struggling trying to get a pin-slot joint follow a complex slot.

In the attached picture I have a combination of 2 slots creating a bi-directional slot. I need to get the pin slide along the entire slot (first along the X axis then along a custom X-Y direction).

Is there a way to get this done in Fusion 360?

No, unfortunately there is not joint that would allow you to do this in Fusion 360.

Almost exactly the sliding joint style i have needed for a year now.

basically think of getting a garage door roller to follow the track.

we are this week going to start building my door. but without any visualization of it working.

the main reason i used fusion to draw it.

otherwise i would have went back to my schooling and hand drew everything.

but, at least i have learned the ins and outs of an awesome piece of software.

just wish they would implement a joint like this soon.
