Png Extrusion

Is there an easier way of extruding straight from a png decal, rather than creative a path all the way around and then extruding that?

Or is there a certain file type that would allow that to be done easier?

I believe you can convert a raster graphics image (.png) to a vector graphics format (.svg) with Inkscape. But it might be easier to find that symbol googling for "bluetooth svg".
