For other types of constraints, I click on the constraint icon and press delete. For projected, it doesn't delete. If I'm supposed to handle this in a different way, I'd expect an alert of some kind when I press delete that nothing happened and I need to take a different action to delete.

For reference:

Fusion 2.0.19215 arm64 [Native]
macOS 14.4.1 (23E224) on MacBookPro18,4

yes, for projected geometry, use the Break Link command in the context menu:

But, you ask a good question: Why doesn't selecting and deleting the "constraint" here do a Break Link? I don't know, and to my knowledge, no one has ever asked that question before...

That's what happens when you use (con)Fusion, they give no alerts or tooltips of what is going on. I find projections points infuriating and there is no help on the internet or Youtube for help on working with or understanding projections.

Yeah, that''s fair.

After attempting too many times to count, I just end up finding workarounds for the stuff I don't know until I can't find a workaround, and end up just asking anyone and everyone around me until I just get told to ask the fusion community when people can't answer my questions
