      <title>Moving objects</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My project will have three pieces. &amp;nbsp;After designing the first piece, I realized perhaps I was supposed design it in a component space instead. &amp;nbsp;Is there a way "move" or "copy/paste" the piece into a component space? &amp;nbsp;There is a screenshot of my project in the attachment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(This is my first project.)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I wouldn't call it a component workspace actually, it's more like a small&amp;nbsp;browser inside of a big browser, with it's own origin, sketches, bodies, etc ...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So you can simply right click the top of the browser and create a new empty component, then hold-drag the body&amp;nbsp;to the component ( all this happens&amp;nbsp;inside of the browser&amp;nbsp;)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;or if you want you can also copy the body and then activate the component from the browser then click paste&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Read the entire thread and view&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3215746"&gt;@Aaron.Magnin&lt;/a&gt;'s great little vid on how to put a body into a component in case you forgot to apply the rule &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
