Loft Error Rails do not intersect all profiles

I'm new to 360 and I'm stuck on an error using the Loft feature

I'm drawing this boat, I was following a tutorial on Youtube. I cannot get the loft to accept the lower rail. I get an error that it doesn't intersect all profile but I think it does and I cannot figure out the issue.

I use the rear of the boat (stern) the bottom and the side as the first profile, the bottom of the boat as the second profile. The top rail as the first rail and the loft is created. I try to add the lower rail and I get the error.

I attached a screenshot that shows my profile and rail selections.

Fusion does not get it wrong, the error is correct,

Rail 2 is not connected to the stern, and I didn't check the other end.

Edit sketch 8 and project the stern lower point into that sketch, turn off the stern sketch to make sure it left the purple point, then snap the rail to it.

thanks. What I needed to do was edit the plane I created based on 3 points and used the lower point of the stern as one of them so that when I drew the other rail, it was in the same plane.

Also, hiding the other sketch after the "project" to ensure I grab the correct point is a good tip.
