Need Help with these parts

Hi im making this portal gun as a practice and i cant seem to make those parts could anyone please explain how to make these kind of parts. im quite new to Fusion, so please help

Take a look at the sculpting envoirnment. I've modeled similar things with splines, and sweeps but the scultpting workspace is better suited for this. Youtube is your friend here. There are a lot of videos to get you started and get you familiar with the tools/workflows.
