Hello, i need to send IGES model to customer for simulations. When i exported and sent they had ERROR message: " IGES solid entities are not supported, the result of translation maybe incorrect. Please export your data using surfaces option.

They said that i have to export it as "trimmed surfaces" and not as solid entities roboguide.

Can you help me with it?

You could send the customer a share link to the design and let them try a couple of different file formats.

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/a360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-share-a-Fusion-360-design.html

There are no export options for Fusion 360. If you have a solid BREP body and export to IGES, you should be able to read the solid body in the target application.

With that said, maybe it would be easier to try a STEP , or different file format. Do you know what application the IGES file is being imported into?

Thanks,

You could try switching to the patch workspace and unstitch the model before exporting.

I solved it through other CAD software , exported as STEP - open and export as IGES, i hope it will work.

Thank you.
