CAN'T OPEN ANY FILES!!!!!!

I restored Fusion's settings to their defaults and restarted twice. Thankfully I can open what I need to work on today but that's about it so far.

Files that I can't open have no history?:

I get an error "Failed to download file" when trying to open them:

Clicking "More info" doesn't show more info,. nothing happens.

The error message also stays up for half a second so it's near impossible to move my mouse over it to even click "More info". Doesn't matter, clicking "More info" doesn't show more info,. nothing happens.

Also the second time I restarted my camera changed to orthographic model. Not sure why, it was perspective after the first restart and I never changed it to ortho mode....

Someone reported something similar a few days ago and found toggling to working offline then back to online got things back to normal.

Not sure what helped.

Now this morning the viewcube stopped working [becuase of course it stopped working] so I saved the file I was working on and restarted fusion. Now I can't open the file I was working on 5 minutes ago because it won't open.

At least the viewcube works now lol

This program is a joke

Try toggling to offline mode and see if you can open the file while offline.

notice you are on a M1 Mac

maybe unrelated but I have been having internet errata last few days while the wifi stays up and Speedtest. dot net is ok at 1gig sites lock up and fail to function will not download etc.

now this is what I did may not work for you

as I have a M1 studio and a M2 MBP and both were the same

at first I thought it was the wifi 6 that was the trouble as the MBP has 6e ( 6 ghz connection )

well it was the wifi in total so I rebooteted the Deco 6e mesh system and all retuned to normal with every thing back to normal ( note I was not having errata on Fusion )

I Suspect it was something with my internet DNS provider and the lease needed renewing

that all I have to offer

@FrodoLoggins Sorry to hear that you are facing this problem. Please help us with log files from your machine and we will look into this on priority. How to collect log files?
