You might try doing a "split body", then push/pull the face, and combine it all back together. here's a screen cast.

Also, as a general rule you want to do fillets very last in the design. For many reasons. In this case you'll find the program doesn't bog down so much. In this case you don't even have to delete the fillets. just grab them in the time line and drag them to the end. Then when you want to make changes to the model, roll the timeline to before the fillets.

Hi,

Thank you for your answer, bur my problem is more when the rectangle have to cut the fillet too.

If I try pull as you did than I try pull in the direction of the fillet so I cut the part in the fillet too. It doesnt follow the shape.

Here is the URL so you can understand better my problem

http://a360.co/2z5jnl2

Yikes, that's a weird model. This is going to have to be done in patch mode. Not all those curved edges are true fillets anymore either. If you plan on doing much with this model, you may consider rebuilding it (looks like it was imported?).

Any way, I'll take a run at it a little later tonight.

I tried a couple of things. In general fusion doesn't care for this model to much. The surface geometry isn't particularly clean, and that always chokes fusion up. Here is a work around approach, but not a great one.

Is it possible that you could rebuild this model in fusion? That would give you cleaner geometry, and make it easier to work with.

Hi,
The conception is totally made in fusion. Nothing is imported. My model does have this kind of curve. And this case is less complex. It s a body with fillet join to another body with a loft. It’s the loft that you find complex 😉

Your solution is manual but did work. I think that in fusion I have no choice to use this solution.

Thank you,

With that sort of degraded surface quality you can expect to run into trouble preventing you from completing your work.

I'd follow @laughingcreek's advise an rebuild tis object with clean(er) geometry. I say clean(er) rather than clean because depending on the situation it is difficult to impossible to build clean geometry in Fusiosn 360 when lofting.
