Hi

I am now using fusion to adjust Stl files on an Imoov project I am hobby building.

There is this part:

Or parts rather.

The problem is I want the highlighted bits in blue to flatten out. I can delete them but fusion adjusts the whole side.

Is there information on how to delete a section like this, or flatten just that part of it at all?

The other problem with this is that the two parts seem to be joined. I can edit the one I highlighted, but fusion won't let me adjust the other one.

Any directions would be greatly appreciated.

I have attached the fusion file.

Kind Regards

Ian

Hi @ianhughes7UFVF

Thanks for posting! With a relatively simple mesh model like this one, I would recommend converting the mesh to a solid body and then using the usual modelling tools within Fusion to edit the mesh. I have shown a brief example of this below - hopefully it will help!
