Hole not maintaining concentricity

Hey Guys ,

Please have a look at the below screencast where I was not able to maintain concentricity for the hole using the hole command when the parent feature is changed in Fusion 360 . And I have compared it between Inventor and Fusion 360.

In Fusion360 you need an additional step to maintain concentricity hole/fillet:

Create a sketch, add a point concentric (constraint) to the fillet. Then stop sketch. Then create a hole and use the point for positioning.

Point stays concentric, hole follows point.

Works for me without adding the sketch.
